At Callkom, AI has one simple role: to save you time on your calls — reliable transcription, tailored responses, instant summaries, appointment booking — while staying controlled, secure and compliant.
Our services are aimed at a professional (B2B) audience and are not intended for minors.
How it works
During a call, the voice is turned into text, an AI generates a response based on your instructions, then a synthetic voice delivers it. At the end, a summary is created in your workspace.
We only send the AI components the information that is necessary, with a preference for processing hosted within the European Union. Where a provider is outside the EU, the transfer is legally framed (Standard Contractual Clauses) and "no-training" options are enabled where available.

End-to-end encryption, strict access control, logging. Access to recordings and transcripts is restricted to authorised profiles. Continuous monitoring and rapid remediation in case of anomaly.
Confidentiality
Your data is not used to train public models.
Transparency
Callkom uses AI to transcribe and understand exchanges, generate a real-time voice response and provide a summary, transmitting to providers only the strictly necessary data, without training models and with priority storage in the EU.
Compliance
Aligned with GDPR and AI Act 2026 principles: minimisation, security, documentation, records, request handling, AI system analysis. For calls, Callkom acts as a processor: you keep control of purposes and legal basis.
Ethics
AI assists your teams; it does not make autonomous decisions affecting a person. We follow a controlled continuous-improvement approach and prevent bias.
